Theme: Thanksgiving Feast! Learn how to prepare a kid friendly Thanksgiving feast from turkey to pumpkin pie and all the sides in between! We combine 2 dishes each in the first 2 weeks, then have a relaxing feast after we put the meal together again on November 21st. 3 week session, but 11/21 is a 2-hour lesson. Families welcome on the 21st to enjoy the kid's hard work!

Parent Information:
*Each student is required to wear the uniform apron, and bring the cook binder.
*Children should wear short sleeve shirts and close toes shoes.
*Long hair should be pulled back, or bring something to pull it back with.
*Please be sure to list any and all allergies on the registration.
*Part of the teaching method is to expand the taste pallet. The children are required to taste everything made unless there are allergies, so please be complete!
Allergies:
We take allergies very seriously, and never want anyone to get sick or injured from our classes. Its important to remember that these facilities teach with a focus on a variety of foods and it is not possible to have an entirely sterile area of all types of allergens. Please consider your children's safety before registering them for cooking classes.
Gluten Free We also offer gluten free recipe options in our classes. Please let us know if your child is on a gluten free diet. Chef Nancy herself follows a gluten free diet with dairy, sugar, and soy restrictions, so she is well versed in dealing with allergies and sensitivities.

In baking, everything needs to be done precisely; measuring dry and wet ingredients correctly, leveling, sifting, and weighing for great results. Parent Information:
*Each student is required to wear the uniform apron, and bring the cook binder.
*Children should wear short sleeve shirts and close toes shoes.
*Long hair should be pulled back, or bring something to pull it back with.
*Please be sure to list any and all allergies on the registration.
*Part of the teaching method is to expand the taste pallet. The children are required to taste everything made unless there are allergies, so please be complete!
Allergies:
We take allergies very seriously, and never want anyone to get sick or injured from our classes. Its important to remember that these facilities teach with a focus on a variety of foods and it is not possible to have an entirely sterile area of all types of allergens. Please consider your children's safety before registering them for cooking classes.
Gluten Free We also offer gluten free recipe options in our classes. Please let us know if your child is on a gluten free diet. Chef Nancy herself follows a gluten free diet with dairy, sugar, and soy restrictions, so she is well versed in dealing with allergies and sensitivities.
